Please send one full page of writing - include the subject's signature - on blank sheet of paper, written with a ball point pen only. If the subject prints, please send two samples - one printed and one written in cursive. Subject matter and legibility are irrelevant. Sample should be written freely, rather than copying something. Photo copy the sample and keep it for your phone consultation. Include your phone number and payment.
